Creechurch Capital’s John Greenwood has appeared at a high-profile investment event in Hong Kong this week.
This is the latest leg in a series of International Events that has already seen the investment boutique speak at events in Dubai and South Africa.
The events are facilitated by industry magazine, International Adviser and attract delegates from across the globe looking for the latest investment Themes, products and services. John was highlighting the opportunities currently presented by property as an asset class against a backdrop of low interest rates and rising inflationary conditions.
Creechurch CEO John Greenwood said: “In this climate, even traditionally risk-averse investors are increasingly seeking alternatives to cash and fixed interest investments, in the relentless search for yield. An asset like property, after a period out of favour, has a growing appeal due to its combination of attractive income levels and aspects of inflation protection”.
Creechurch Capital also presented a new UK residential property fund, Castel, to the delegates. Creechurch Advisory Services is the master distributor to the fund.
Creechurch Private Wealth and Creechurch Advisory Services are divisions of Creechurch Capital Limited which is licensed by the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission.
