Discretionary fund manager, Creechurch Capital, has announced it will be opening a pop-up charity boutique in aid of Isle of Man Live at Home between Monday 19th June – Saturday 24th June.
The six-day event will see the business take occupancy at 33 Victoria Street under the name Charity Boutique by Creechurch Capital. The pop-up will sell a variety of items from high-quality clothing and homeware to unique trinkets. Residents are also invited inside to enjoy a beverage at the artisan coffee bar.
Across the week, a variety of events will take place including a glamourous afternoon tea on the opening day, a cocktail evening and auction on the Thursday 22nd June and an Alice in Wonderland-themed family fun day on Saturday 24th June.
This announcement joins a list of charitable activities the business has partaken in since the start of the year as part of its Giving the Gift of Time campaign. The campaign whereby each team member at the company has pledged to donate 2017 minutes of charitable time over the year. Creechurch Capital team members will be volunteering across the week.
Stewart Quayle from Creechurch Capital commented: “We’ve been overwhelmed by the positive response that this campaign has received, reaffirming the community-centric spirit of the Island. Our commitment throughout this campaign has been focussed around delivering more than just funds, but deeply engaging with and adding value to local residents’ lives. For this reason, Live at Home was an obvious choice to partner with, but we’re hoping that the impact will go beyond the charity alone and to the wider community. It’s our mission to use this pop-up to bring together all walks of life from across the Island. There is something for everyone throughout the week and we’re hoping the community joins in the fun to support a great cause.”
